Mike is THE BEST! Gerson is wonderful! Everyone there is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The dealer had myntrxu for three weeks for a warranty issue. Poor communication regarding my truck. After 2 weeks they told me the truck had another two recalls (which were mentioned when the truck was towed in) and they said they needed to check of the parts were available. After that no communication for a couple of days.

Awful experience!!!! Brought my car into service on Monday may 19th took them till wensday may 21st to get me an update on the cars diagnostic. They sent a message to my warranty to get me a rental car they approved it for 3 days. On Saturday may 25th called 6 times and asked if they were done if not could they extend my rental the real rudely agreed. They said the car would be ready on Tuesday surprise it wasn’t. Had to call 8 time on friday may 30th to get my rental extended again and again they real rudely agreed. My car finally got done on June 2nd. When I got there my service advisor was on the phone then he took a personal call then went back to another phone call I stood in front of him for 30 mins. If I could give a 0 star I would

My experience at your dealership, with Kenneth Love was as professional as anyone could ask for. The reason that I rate it as poor is that the "repair" did not last for more than 72 hours and I am now without my "New" vehicle again. I have another appointment with Kenneth Love on Wednesday June 4, at 7AM to address the same issue. I trust and appreciate Kenneth, but he is not the one turning wrenches. I am a Boeing and Airbus technician. I recognize problems quickly and this one caused a dangerous driveability issue twice in two weeks.

When i first walked in for my appointment, i walked up to the desk to be taken care of. I was informed the Justin was suppose to take care of me and he was busy with another customer. So i stood and waited at the door while Justin was busy and the other 2 reps just sat behind the desk talking. Meanwhile i am getting more and more upset. I really don't recall how long i waited. To top it all off, Justin had me to fill out all my information again on his tablet. I informed, i already gave this information when i made my appointment online. He informed this must be my first time because no information was about me on his computer and if i use the GM appt., he could not see that information. In my head now, this appointment was going from bad to worst. I gave him my keys and after waiting 2 hours and no one had checked on me, i went back to check on my truck since other people was complaining about their wait times. Finally it was time for me to check out, Justin gave me the bill and i ask, was this including my points. He stated that i was suppose to let him know that i wanted to use my points. I said i did my points when i made the appointment and even called to verify the day i made the appointment. I informed him that was ok, i will just pay the bill and go somewhere else next time. I still don't understand why you have to wait over 2 hours for a oil change.

When you schedule an oil change online, it should not take 2 hours. No communication, no cost mentioned online nor in person the cost, what was done. I didn’t need tires rotated as you did it two weeks earlier. The place is quiet, you observe a lot what workers do. Spend more time taking care of customers & less time calling, sending messages about the surveys. It’s annoying.

I would like to thank Faisal for his efforts in trying to make the deal happen. He was professional and knowledgeable about the product. He also was instrumental in making the sale when things started to go in the wrong direction. I was not impressed by the detail crew. The vehicle was filthy when we came to see the car and when the car was delivered, it had areas that were washed but no effort was made to actually clean all of the painted areas on the exterior. I also was not very happy that the plastic clip that holds the license plate on was missing. I asked a few times about finding one and was told that the parts department was closed. I asked a manager at the big counter about getting one and he laughed and said we don't have any. I am thankful autonation had the vehicle my wife wanted and that Faisal was there to get us through the process. The highlight of the evening was working with your finance manager, very professional and very much a people person. I have never financed a vehicle and laughed so much. I wish I remembered his name but he was very clean cut, we'll say extremely short haired guy. Kudos to the finance department. Five Stars to Faisal and the Finance Manager.

On 10/16/2025 at ~6:30 PM, we arrived for a “sign-and-drive” on a new 2025 Silverado 1500 Black Widow. All terms had been negotiated in advance for a new truck with ~26 miles. What was promised vs. what happened - We were shown a “new” vehicle with 1,487 miles—not the truck we negotiated. I was told it was only driven by a manager. - On inspection, the front passenger wheel had been badly curbed and painted over to conceal the damage. The salesperson said he didn’t know; however, someone clearly attempted a repair. This eroded trust immediately. - I asked to proceed on the actual new truck we originally negotiated. That restarted negotiations from scratch, despite prior agreement. Process/control failures - No manager greeted or engaged us at any point during the sales process—poor customer care and no accountability presence. - After agreeing to proceed, the store repeatedly put the damaged truck’s VIN on paperwork and services (including OnStar), despite corrections. This raises concerns about document accuracy, compliance, attention to detail, and delivery quality control. - While waiting for finance (well over an hour), we noted dirty floors near the water station and generally indifferent staff posture (non-engaged sales staff on phones). Facility cleanliness and showroom professionalism were not at a Chevrolet standard. What went right - The Finance Manager was excellent—professional, efficient, and respectful of our selections. He’s the single reason this isn’t a zero-star review. Delivery quality - We were told the truck was being detailed, but on delivery we found sticky residue on chrome surfaces (door sill, speaker grill) and a dirty interior window I had to clean myself. - Had a "low windshield wiper fluid" warning the next morning so I had to fill up the reservoir from completely empty. - Found one of the factory installed LED light detached underneath which was causing a rattle. I had to reattach with double-sided tape . Customer history We’re loyal, experienced buyers (Chevrolet Corvette 2023 owner; prior 2020 Silverado 1500 Black Widow; brands include Honda, Toyota, Audi, BMW, Lincoln, Range Rover). This was our worst dealership experience to date. Requested actions - Training & accountability: Manager engagement standards; final-paperwork validation to ensure correct VIN on every document and connected service. - Reconditioning transparency: Written disclosure of any miles, manager demos, cosmetic damage/repairs on “new” units. - Delivery checklist: Mandatory detailing QA before hand-off; photo confirmation tied to the VIN. - Facility standards: Daily housekeeping checks; customer-area maintenance. - Customer remediation: Written apology and a goodwill gesture appropriate to the time lost and delivery condition, keeping in mind that our dealer of choice is Boniface-Hiers in Melbourne, FL. I called to make an appointment to have my air bags checked due to the light on the dash. I got through right away when I called to make the appointment, but could not get anyone to answer once my vehicle was there. The appointment was on Monday morning and the vehicle was not looked at until Friday afternoon. I was sent a quote for work from their complimentary inspection with no reference to the air bags. After driving there in person to speak with someone to find out what was happening, I asked for my vehicle back without repairs made. I felt like I was being robbed. Two weeks later and $249 less, I have my vehicle back in the same condition it was in. I have no intention on ever going back to your dealership again.
